Well you can actually see it but to all intents and purposes it is invisible to others :-), except of course you want then to see it!
Ok I've never used the stuff before and it probably wont work for me (dont ask me why), but it seems they are all over ebay (where else) and are not crazily expensive (well, it depends on what you're looking for).
I dont think they'll be your thing if you have great big bazoonga's.
